4.3 Notice of claims
If the Contractor encounters conditions at the site that differ materially from those indicated in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall give the Owner written notice within 7 days of first discovering the condition and before the condition is disturbed. Failure to give timely notice constitutes a waiver of the claim.
4.4 Continuation of the Work. Pending resolution of a claim, the Contractor shall proceed diligently with performance of the Contract.
